The S 1000 XR is built to be equally comfortable attacking corners or covering serious miles. Its aluminum bridge-type frame, 45mm upside-down fork, and Dynamic ESA electronic suspension provide a balance of precise handling and long-distance comfort. With nearly six inches of suspension travel at both ends and a commanding riding position, the XR offers the confidence and control you'd expect from a performance motorcycle without the committed ergonomics of a pure superbike.
